#20 3rd Street South Grandview Village is an adult-only condo located at 20, 3rd Street South, which is very close to ParkPlace mall (just walk across the parking lot and you are there). This condo is self-managed. It is one of the first adult condo buildings in Lethbridge, (built in 1993).
